Tax advocacy I specialize in representing clients that are suffering varying degrees of Tax Trauma(t). Usually, the solutions are much simpler and less painful than the client imagines. If you feel that you are "in trouble" or "delinquent", you need to talk with someone knowledgeable about IRS code, regulation, and practice. Give me a call.
Tax Planning I monitor current federal, state, and local tax law changes to allow my clients to minimize current and future tax liabilities. If necessary, I can implement tailor-made due-date tax compliance monitoring systems to prevent costly interest and penalty assessments attributable to late filing. Of course, I offer full tax preparation and filing services (authorized efile provider).
Tax Preparation I offer professional preparation of all federal, state, and local tax returns at competitive, affordable rates. Individual and corporate returns are included. (authorized efile originator and transmitter). Estate, Gift and Trust Tax Return Preparation I provide expert preparation of federal and state estate, gift, and trust tax returns.
Financial Control Financial control is the process of managing the flow of wealth through your organization. I am available for consultation on all levels of small business process and transaction management. Whether it's implementing an accounting system (from Quickbooks, Sage, Peachtree, or custom designs) or questions about an existing system, I'll be glad to talk to you.
